BECOMING A VENDOR
Booth acceptance:
FreshieFest accepts vendors of all kinds! This includes vendors of all things freshies along with boutiques and craft suppliers! Just fill out our vendor application and we will be in touch!
Booth set up
The décor of your booth is completely up to you! Make it as fancy as you would like as long as it stays inside of the area you purchased. Nothing is allowed in the walkways at the event. **Any mess made in or near your booth (incl paint, glitter, etc) will result in additional cleaning fees.** For any further questions please email us at info@freshiefest.com.
What’s included?
10'x10' vendor space, 8’ Table , 2 chairs, a trash can and a vendor badge to wear at the event.
Vendors who opt to donate items for the VIP swag bags or giveaways will also have access to one FREE VIP ticket for you or a member of your staff. Vendors who do not wish to donate items for swag bags or giveaways will have access to up to 2 discounted VIP tickets (swag bag not included) for you and one member of your staff. Additional badges can be purchased.
Additional tables are available for $15 for an undressed table and $35 for a dressed table. There is no extra charge for more chairs.
Wi-fi will be provided by The Mesquite Convention Center
Booth fee
The first vendor booth is $300. Each additional booth purchased will be discounted 50%.

Need more space?
If you need more than 1 booth, each booth after the first will be discounted 50%.
Payments
Vendor booth fees are due in full at time of reservation In order to secure your spot at FreshieFest. If you would like to cancel you can do so no less than 60 days prior to the event. Cancellations that meet this criteria will be eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after August 4th , 2025.
Booth Bingo
Attendees will have the opportunity to play Booth Bingo! Each booth will be provided a stamp. Each ticket holder who has a print out of the vendor map will visit each vendor booth to get a stamp. Once they fill the entire page they can turn their map into the FreshieFest booth to be entered to win prizes! The winners will be announced throughout the day of the event.
Food & Drinks
There will be concessions available at the event. *NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS WILL BE PERMITTED*
Vendor Parking
There will be free parking during the event. Overnight parking is $5 and will be billed with your hotel room.
Booth Set Up & Take Down
Set up will be 10/3/2025 12:00-5:00pm CST
Takedown must be done by 10pm CT 10/4/2025. Any holdovers will result in additional fees.
**NO EARLY TAKEDOWNS WILL BE PERMITTED**
Swag Bags
If you will be providing products, samples or promotional items please email us at info@freshiefest.com for the shipping address, and have them shipped no later than 8/15/2025. Please do not ship swag bag items directly to the event center. Make sure to list these items on your vendor application.
Permits & Taxes
Exhibitors will be responsible for paying all applicable city and state sales tax.
LIABILITY STATEMENT:
EXHIBITOR AGREES TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS FRESHIEFEST AND THE HOST VENUE, ITS OWNERS OR MANAGERS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES, FROM ANY DAMAGE OR EXPENSE ARISING FROM OR OUT OF OR BY REASON OF ANY ACCIDENT OR BODILY INJURY OR OTHER OCCURRENCE TO ANY PERSON OR PERSONS, INCLUDING THE EXHIBITOR, ITS AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, AND BUSINESS INVITEES WHICH ARISES FROM OR OUT OF THE EXHIBITOR’S OCCUPANCY AND USE OF THE EXHIBITION PREMISES OR ANY PART THEREOF. EXHIBITOR SHALL BE FULLY RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES TO PROPERTY OWNED BY HOST VENUE, ITS OWNERS OR MANAGERS WHICH RESULTS FROM ANY ACT OR OMISSION OF THE EXHIBITOR.
Exhibitor assumes all responsibility for compliance with all pertinent laws, ordinances, regulations and codes required by Local, State, and Federal governing bodies concerning fire, safety and health. Exhibitors and sponsors are solely responsible for complying with all Mesquite Convention Center rules and regulations.
